Jordan Commercial Bank recently opened a specialized training center for employees in Amman in the presence of Chairman Michelle Sayegh, Board Members, General Manager and representatives of the Executive Management. This comes as part of the Bank's strategy to invest in human capital by providing professional training and development programs to develop and improve employees’ skills, improve employee retention rates and help employees assume leading roles in the banking sector.

The Center has an area of 800 square meters and consists of different sections equipped with the latest technologies that enhance the training and successful development programs. It has a main training hall that accommodates up to 100 trainees and another hall equipped with the latest computers to conduct tests and trainings on systems. It also has a fully-equipped simulation center to provide orientation and training to new employees on all banking operations before beginning work, in addition to a library, offices for trainers and service offices.

On this occasion, the Bank’s General Manager, Caesar Qulajen, commented:

"Opening and equipping this center with the latest training methods and trainers stems from the Bank's strategy to invest in human capital as the most important asset through the provision of appropriate training and development as this would certainly reflect on the level of customer service and therefore the success of the Bank."

Qulajen added that this also translates the Bank's strategy to be the best bank to work for in Jordan.
