As part of its ongoing efforts to reward employees and improve their quality of life, the Board of Directors of Jordan Commercial Bank has decided to grant all employees a 16th month salary as of 01/01/2015 in addition to many other benefits, including reducing the interest rate on housing loans for employees and reducing the interest rates on personal loans. In addition, the wife allowance will be increased and working mothers will be paid a day care allowance after maternity leave.
