Amman - Jordan: Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Ziad Fariz, Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, Jordan Commercial Bank sponsored the Financial Inclusion Forum: Towards Strategic Financial and Social Stability organized by the Union of Arab Banks on 18-19 October at the Intercontinental Hotel Amman.

Jordan Commercial Bank provided its sponsorship to support the objectives of the Forum, namely highlighting the role of financial inclusion in enhancing economic and social stability and sustainable development and discussing the strategies, policies and roles of central banks, as well as the private sector institutions., The Forum addressed the importance of technological innovation and its role in achieving financial inclusion. It also discussed the role of financial inclusion in supporting small, medium and micro enterprises and facilitating funding them.

In appreciation of the Bank’s sponsorship and continued support of the Union of Arab Banks’ forums, Secretary General Mr. Wissam Fattouh presented a plaque of honor to Jordan Commercial Bank.
