With the aim of spreading health awareness among its employees and in honor of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Jordan Commercial Bank has recently held an awareness event in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Center to raise employees’ awareness on the importance of breast cancer early detection as part of the You are Everything Campaign.

The event aims to educate female employees’ on how to take care of their health through the early detection of breast cancer, which is the most prevalent type of cancer among women in the world. Employees learned how to do the regular breast self-exam and other medical ways to detect breast cancer. The session also focused on the importance of detecting breast cancer at the early stages to ensure higher chances of survival and recovery and shorter and less frequent treatment periods.

At the end of the event, a medical screening was conducted for all participants by the King Hussein Cancer Center employees to make sure they are healthy.
