Amman - Jordan: In line with its policy aimed at developing human resources and enhancing the efficiency of employees, Jordan Commercial Bank has recently held a graduation ceremony for Amman branches employees who completed the Self-Development Program conducted in partnership with PeBro Consultancy. The program started on 8/6/2015 and lasted for five months. It covered self-development, sales skills, communication skills, customer service, leadership and internal customer service. 

General Manager Caesar Qulajen presided over the ceremony held at the Bank’s head office. Mr. Qulajen said that employees are the most important asset of any institution, stressing that Jordan Commercial Bank is committed to developing its human resources to ensure superior customer service and adherence to the highest professional standards.
