Owing to its support and endorsement of women and in light of emphasizing their capability of assuming positions of leadership in various fields and disciplines, Jordan Commercial Bank was recently named Gold Sponsor and participant in the First Women’s Decision-Making Society Conference, which was hosted by the Four Seasons Hotel – Amman on 7th January 2019, under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Ziad Fariz – Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan.

The conference hosted some 250 business men and women, representing various corporations and institutions across different sectors – including banks. A number of female JCB employees – currently occupying managerial positions in various departments and divisions and enjoying exceptional professional expertise and leadership attributes – had participated in the said event; for the purpose of keeping abreast of the most significant and relevant topics at hand. Of prime importance were the themes pertaining to endorsing and motivating Jordanian women in their strive towards assuming decision-making positions.

The conclusion of the Conference saw the organizers extend their utmost gratitude and appreciation to JCB for its contribution to and participation in this event.
